Learning Through Fundamental Experiences

Acquiring knowledge through fundamental experiences are trainings and seminars offered by different subject matter specialists that give single parents and family useful information through lecture, group discussion, and practical exercises. Our seminars aim to provide fundamental knowledge that may be applied to develop or broaden perspectives and act as a roadmap for matriculating through more JNAC programs.

Businesses in Gear

Businesses in Gear (BIG) are platforms that allow JNAC clients to design, present, and market their own products via vendor opportunities. The goal of BIG is to provide single parents with the motivation and entrepreneurial skills they need to run and manage their own business. By virtue of JNAC's vendor relationships, we are able to offer our clients a venue to exhibit their own products and impart some basic entrepreneurial knowledge, including but not limited to:

·      Creating and Maintaining a Budget

·      Banking

·      Inventory and Bookkeeping

·      Advertisement

·      Customer Service

·      Conflict Resolution

·      Professional Development

Rising Over Obstacles Activating Rewards

RO²AR is our rewards program to acknowledge and incentivize the children who continue to defy the odds by demonstrating academic excellence while their parent/guardian is enrolled in JNAC programming.
